Panasonic's push: Record your own 3D video
CNET, Stephen Shankland, 1 September 2010
Panasonic touted its HDC-SDT750 camcorder at IFA, saying it's plugged a final gap: letting people record their own 3D video. The model, which combines a regular 1080p video camera with an optional 3D lens attachment, will go on sale in October for about $1,399. Panasonic also showed off updates to the rest of its 3D line, including new TVs, Blu-ray players, home theater systems and glasses, as well as a mammoth 152-inch 3D-capable plasma screen sporting 2,160 x 4,096 pixels.
