Panasonic's 3D Blu-ray authoring facility up and running   

Panasonic's Hollywood Advanced Authoring Center is now handling 3D Blu-ray Disc image processing, interactive programming, authoring and disc certification.  It aims to help content owners street Blu-ray 3D discs as early as this spring.  "We are confident that we lead the industry with MPEG-4 MVC 3D image compression technology," said Jeannine Patton, VP and GM of the Advanced Authoring Center.
